"Rockets guard Kevin Martin sat out Tuesday's practice with a sore right knee but is expected to play tonight. Martin went down hard on a fourth-quarter foul by John Wall in Monday's win over the Wizards.

"I have some bruising," Martin said. "We figured we'd let it rest today. It's going to hurt, but I'll be all right. I always said if it's not broken I can play."
