The autopsy report on Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher and his girlfriend Kasandra Perkins has provided more chilling details on the tragedy.

As ESPN reported, on Saturday, Dec. 1, Belcher, 25, shot Perkins, 22, to death before driving to the Chiefs' practice facility and committing suicide in front of his head coach, Romeo Crennel, and general manager, Scott Pioli, among others.

Today, the Associated Press (via ESPN) released the findings of the autopsy, which reveal that Belcher's blood-alcohol level was 0.17, and likely higher at the time of the shooting. The article also states that Perkins was shot nine times and suffered bullet wounds all over her body.

As USA Today's Rachel George notes, the police report found that Belcher and Perkins were having difficulties in their relationship that included Belcher's infidelity.
