"His lack of power in the postseason becoming more evident, Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton acknowledged Thursday that his groin soreness is becoming more of a problem for him.
Hamilton said he will play with the groin injury throughout the remainder of the World Series with the problem but that "if this were the regular season, I'd probably be on the DL."
The Rangers have not done any testing or MRI exams on Hamilton's groin to determine if there is a broader problem. He did have a groin/abdominal injury in 2009 that eventually led to surgery for a sports hernia."
