"It has been a long process for Adam Jones, but starting Monday he gets one step closer to returning to the field.

The Bengals cornerback was put on the PUP list when the preseason ended but he is eligible to return to the 53-man roster after today's game against the Colts. When asked if he saw himself playing in the Oct. 30 game at Seattle, Jones said he is ready to go.

When Jones does return, it would mark his first game since Oct. 24 last year, when he suffered a neck injury during the second half of the Atlanta game."
