"Former Pro Bowl quarterback Joe Theismann, an analyst for NFL Network, didn't mask his disdain for Bears receiver Roy Williams.

In an episode of ''No Huddle'' on the network Wednesday, Theismann teed off on Williams.

''Roy Williams will never be a quality receiver in the National Football League because he doesn't have what it takes,'' Theismann said.

He then addressed Williams directly.

''Roy, if you're listening, I'm saying it right to you: You have to make a decision that you want to play football as a professional,'' Theismann said, ''not as somebody who's entitled because somebody was not thinking when they gave up two
