"New York running back LaDainian Tomlinson is expected to play Sunday for the first time in three weeks when the Jets take on the Washington Redskins, a league source said.

Tomlinson has missed the past two games with a sprained knee he sustained during the Jets' Week 10 loss to the New England Patriots, but he made considerable progress as the week progressed and was listed as probable on the team's injury report Friday after fully participating in practice."
