"Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez appeared on 1050 ESPN Radio on Tuesday and ducked most of the questions about wide receiver Santonio Holmes.

"We've got to make things work," Sanchez said. "That's what you do as a teammate."

Holmes was benched for the final minutes of the Jets' season-ending loss to the Dolphins on Sunday, and reportedly clashed with Sanchez at times during the season.
