"The jersey Derek Jeter wore on the day he recorded his 3,000th hit will be on display at the New York Yankees Museum beginning Tuesday through the remainder of the 2011 calendar year, the Yankees announced Monday. The New York Yankees Museum, presented by Bank of America, is located on the main level of Yankee Stadium near Gate 6. Guests have access to the museum on game days -- from the time gates open until the end of the eighth inning -- and on non-game days as part of the Yankee Stadium tours."
