Newly acquired Ravens center Jeremy Zuttah has passed his physical and his trade from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is now finalized, the team announced.

Zuttah joined the Ravens in exchange for a 2015 fifth-round draft pick.

The 6-foot-4, 308-pounder is the Ravens' new starting center, replacing Gino Gradkowski.

The Ravens are also reworking Zuttah's original four-year, $17.09 million contract to make it more salary-cap friendly than the original $4.5 million and $4.25 million salary-cap figures for 2014 and 2015, according to sources.

The Ravens are currently $4.176 million under the NFL salary cap of $133 million, with 59 contracts accounting for $126.284 million.
