"Jason Kidd said he hopes to go through the Mavericks' full practice Thursday in Minnesota and could return to action Friday against the Timberwolves.

"We had a good day today,'' Kidd said of his workouts on Wednesday. "We'll see how it goes [Thursday] and hopefully have another good day. We don't know. If I feel good, I'll give it a shot Friday. If not, there's no timetable right now. We just want to make sure I'm 100 percent when I come back.''"
