"I would prefer he be a head coach or an offensive coordinator, one of the two. I think he has a chance to be a very good head coach if he would focus on being a very good head coach. I think it's a full-time job, and right now, he spends about 40% of his time as a head coach. The other 60% of the time, he's worrying about what play to call next to make his offense one of the top offenses in football. I think a head coach needs to be a guy who can divorce himself from offense, divorce himself from defense, divorce himself from special teams, but is aware of what's going on in all three elements and can make game decisions based on what's going on. Right now, Jason's making a bulk of his decisions based on what he's seeing on the offensive side of the football."
