"Quarterback Jason Campbell practiced at full strength Wednesday and pronounced himself ready to play against the Tennessee Titans in Sunday's regular-season opener.
He suffered neck and wrist injuries against the 49ers on Aug. 28 and missed practice time. The neck injury knocked him from the 49ers game.
However, Campbell said, only so many opportunities to play exist.
"During the year or a season, you'll never be 100 percent," Campbell said. "There will always be nagging injuries. But, at the same time, I'll be ready to go."
Wide receiver Chaz Schilens (knee), linebacker Travis Goethel (back) and cornerback Walter McFadden (hamstring) did not practice. Running back Michael Bush (thumb) and defensive tackle Desmond Bryant (elbow) practiced in a limited capacity. Cable didn't rule out Bush playing against the Titans."
