The return of Jacob Wark to the Pacific Northwest is now official, as Oregon State football has announced he has joined their program as a transfer from California.

The 6-foot-4, 250 pound tight end from Tualatin will be granted immediate eligibility by the NCAA after graduating from Cal in May.

A former Jesuit High School standout, Wark was ranked as a top-50 tight end recruit by Scout, ESPN, and Rivals, as well as being tabbed as a top-10 player from the state of Oregon by both Rivals and Scout.

Wark was a second team All-State selection at tight end his senior season, as well as a first team selection as a defensive end.

While at Cal, he played 37 games, including seven starts, and totaled 10 receptions for 87 yards over three seasons.
