"Put two and two together, and you'd think Steven Jackson would be anticipating a huge day Sunday, when the Rams face the Browns in Cleveland.

First, Jackson is coming off his best performances of the season: 159 yards in a victory over the Saints on Oct. 30, 130 yards in the loss to Arizona last week. Second, the Rams will face the rushing defense ranked 30th in the NFL, allowing 144 yards a game.

Jackson, though, doesn't put much stock in the rankings, especially since Browns coach Pat Shurmur knows Jackson all too well from his days as Rams' offensive coordinator.

"When certain teams come to town, certain players come to town, statistically those things really don't matter," he said. "I'm pretty sure that all week they've been game-planning, especially with Coach Shurmur over there. He personally was with me for two years so ... they'll be pretty up for the challenge. I don't look at being ranked 30th means it will be an easy Sunday. It will be a very challenging Sunday.""
