In an offseason of NBA player movement, one fascinating bit of consistency will carryover to next season: All 30 NBA coaches from the 2016-17 NBA season are still with their teams as the 2017-18 season looms.

Not one coach was fired.

For the Knicks, that means keeping Jeff Hornacek despite a losing season and front-office turmoil. While the jury is still out on if the current Knicks leader is the long-term answer on the sideline, this much is clear: The man that hired Hornacek--Phil Jackson--is no longer running the show.
