Iowa's Peter Jok has been arrested again for an incident involving a moped.

Jok was pulled over in Iowa City on Monday night while driving said moped. The problem? He doesn't have a proper license, as his right to drive is under suspension. Jok's license was taken away in early May after he was arrested, in late April, following a failed sobriety test -- while driving a moped.

Police confirmed that Jok, whose legal name is Kacoul Dut Jok, had his driver's license was revoked May 7 after an OWI test failure, the complaint said.

Jok pleaded guilty to OWI in Johnson County Court on May 2 after an April 26 arrest. Jok is now charged with driving while license denied or revoked, a serious misdemeanor.
