Inter Milan have made an offer for Daniel Sturridge after failing to hold down a first team place at Liverpool.

The England striker, who has been out with a hamstring injury since the beginning of December, is searching for first team football in order to make England's world cup squad.

Jurgen Klopp may be fearful of losing another forward though, with the Reds reduced to sending on Danny Ings to change the game in the 1-0 defeat vs Swansea on Monday.

The Nerazzurri have now firmed up their interest, offering a "significant, but undisclosed loan fee," according to the BBC.
