The Cleveland Indians know who their shortstop will be for the next three seasons.
The team on Sunday reached agreement with Asdrubal Cabrera on a two-year, $16.5 million extension, according to major league sources.
Cabrera, 26, was under contract for $4.55 million this season. The new deal, which will cover one year of free agency, is pending a physical, sources said.
