"Being injured is nothing new to Tim Connolly. In fact, the Leafs centre, acquired in the off-season from Buffalo, has missed almost 200 games since the NHL lockout. Still, it must be pretty frustrating to just be getting back from one injury and then suffer another.
Connolly missed the first eight games of this season after injuring himself during training camp when he slammed heavily into the boards and hurt his shoulder. Now he's on injured reserve again — the Leafs say for 10 to 14 games with an undisclosed upper-body injury — after getting hurt in a 7-0 loss to Boston on Saturday.
But the Leafs centre, who has one goal and three assists in six games, is staying positive with a little help from his teammates."
