The Cleveland Browns haven’t seen much out of Josh Gordon the past few years as he’s spent more time on the NFL’s suspended list than on the gridiron. That said, Hue Jackson has seen enough to know he wants Gordon in Cleveland for the foreseeable future.

Speaking Wednesday at the combine, Jackson told reporters he wants Gordon to be with the Browns “for a long time.”

“Josh has been great. Josh has been outstanding,” Jackson said, per Nate Ulrich of “He’s having a really good offseason. Obviously, he’s got to continue to do so and continue to do the right things, but I truly believe that Josh Gordon is going to have a great year for us.”

Gordon is an exclusive rights free agent this year, and Jackson said the Browns will use their right to tag him for $790,000.
