"There are plenty of stats that highlight the Blackhawks' struggles.

The Hawks have allowed 32 power-play goals in 42 games; last season they allowed 39 in 82.

They've allowed 50 goals in the third period — the most in the NHL.

They've allowed 65 goals at home — the second-most in the NHL as of Thursday.

But a lack of scoring from two Hawks also sticks out. Since returning from their injuries, Marian Hossa and Patrick Kane have combined for only one goal in 11 games between them.

"We're getting the chances to score and creating some offense, but now it's definitely time to start producing and making sure when we get those chances, they're going in," Kane said."
