Chad Henne says he's not disappointed in being the Jaguars back up and understands the decision.

The Jacksonville Jaguars decided to start Blaine Gabbert at quarterback for Saturday's matchup with the New York Jets leaving Chad Henne once again as the quarterback coming off the bench. Head coach Gus Bradley spoke with Henne about the decision but the veteran says he's not disappointed.

"No not at all" Henne said on Thursday after practice. "We’ve been splitting reps same thing in practice again and nothing’s really changed. For me it’s just take full advantage of what I have and show them what I can do on the field."

Henne understands why the Jaguars made their decision as he's been in the league for a few years with over 40 career starts in the NFL. Henne started six games for the Jaguars during their abysmal 2012 season with just a 1-5 record.
