Hawks forward Ersan Ilyasova is set to play against the Kings tonight after missing the past eight games because of a bone bruise in his left knee.

Ilyasova said he participated in a scrimmage with his teammates Tuesday, officially an off day for the Hawks. Ilyasova said he’s “ready to play” after participating in today’s shootaround.

“I feel much better,” he said. “Condition-wise, maybe a little bit out of shape.”

Ilyasova had been the starting power forward, but coach Mike Budenholzer said he would play as a reserve against the Kings.
