James Harden’s 0 for 10 3-point shooting matched the worst shooting night from distance in his career and was the most 3-pointers missed by a Rockets player without making one. It was not entirely an aberration, however.

Harden’s 29.2 percent shooting on 3-pointers would be the worst for a full season in his career. His 6.6 attempts per game and 6.2 per 36 minutes would be the most he has ever attempted in a season.

“Early in the game, the shots I was shooting felt good,” Harden said. “They were just a little off. As the night goes on, they just don’t fall in. I spend as much time as anybody in the gym working on that shot. I’m going to continue to just shoot it. I’m sure other guys feel the same way.”
