Guard A.J. Price is in talks with the Minnesota Timberwolves about a potential invitation to training camp a source told contributor Darren Wolfson.

Price a former 2009 second round draft pick out of Connecticut spent his first three seasons with Indiana before joining the Washington Wizards last year.

The 6-foot-2 185-pound guard logged his best pro season with the Wizards averaging 7.7 points and 3.6 assists in 57 games.
