The NBA named Zach Randolph the Western Conference Player of the Week today, marking the second time this month the Grizzlies' power forward picked up the honor.

Randolph averaged 20.8 points and 15 rebounds in leading the Grizzlies to a 3-1 record with wins over the Toronto, Philadelphia and Washington last week. Randolph's strong play pushed Memphis back to a .500 record (24-24) for the first time since Nov. 8 when the Griz had played just eight games.
