Ohio State lands their fifth commitment in South Dakota native Grant Schmidt.

Two days, two commitments for Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes. Land-Grant Holy Land has confirmed Sioux Falls (SD) Roosevelt offensive tackle Grant Schmidt has committed to Ohio State, almost immediately after learning he had a committable offer to play his college ball in Columbus. His commitment was first reported by 11W's Jeremy Birmingham. He earned his scholarship offer following a strong performance at yesterday's one day football camp.

Schmidt becomes the fifth member of Ohio State's 2015 recruiting class joining Eric Glover-Williams, Jamel Dean, Joe Burrow, and Tyler Green. After getting off to a slow start, the Buckeyes have landed three commitments in the last two weeks and more could be on the way later this month.
