"The Suns could be without swingman Grant Hill Tuesday night against the Nuggets in Denver.
Hill suffered a mild knee sprain during Sunday night's game and wore a brace on his right knee while watching practice Monday.
"It's a little sore, but we'll just keep treating it and see how things feel," Hill said. "If it feels good I'll go. If not, I won't."
The sight of Hill lying on the floor grasping his knee wasn't just chilling for fans. It scared his teammates -- and Hill.
"A guy stepped on my foot," Hill said. "My ankle is a little sore, too. It was a little weird. I fall a lot, so I'm used to falling. But that one I knew something was wrong right away. It could have been worse. I have seen worse, so we'll get through this."
Coach Alvin Gentry said Hill's availability will be a game-time decision.
"Knowing him the way I know him, he'll want to play," he said. "We just have to make sure with the doctors that it's the right thing to do.""
