"Put Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez as another of those who neither saw nor heard the Lions' taunting that two of his teammates alleged, even though he was on the field Sunday.

Gonzalez was downfield on the play, he said Monday on foxsports.com's "The After Party" with Jay Glazer.

"All I can tell you is what I heard from guys on my team, and I don't think there's any reason to lie about that," Gonzalez said. "Why would you make something up that a guy's being a cheap shot like that?"
