"Stars coach Glen Gulutzan said after the Stars' 3-2 shootout loss to Detroit that Jamie Benn is making solid progress after Sunday's appendectomy and that his chances of playing in bthe NHL All-Star Game Jan. 29 in Ottawa are looking good. Gulutzan said Benn might even have a chance to play next Tuesday against Anaheim.

``Bennie, seven days from his surgery, for sure 100 percent, he is not playing,'' Gulutzan said. ``So I don't know if you can rule out Bennie for Tuesday against Anaheim, but for sure before that we won't see him.''"
