The three-time All Star pitcher and his fiancee, 25-year-old actress Amber Marie Seyer - a former Miss Missouri USA - plan to be married this weekend at a private ceremony in Marin County, according to his publicist, Kathy Jacobson.

Jacobson had no word on whether the couple had signed a pre-nuptial agreement, but she did say they planned to split their time between the Bay Area and Los Angeles during the offseason."
