The Washington Capitals announced Thursday that they would be moving up their scheduled game for Friday night against the Anaheim Ducks from 7 p.m. to 5 p.m. The reason for doing so was to get ahead of the massive winter storm rolling in and also to allow the Ducks to avoid delays getting out of the airport for their next game. That may not be good enough, though.

With heavy snow expected to start Friday afternoon, city officials now want the game postponed entirely. CBS News correspondent Mark Knoller has the details:
