Through three games this season, Klay Thompson is leading the NBA at 29.7 points per game.

Head coach Steve Kerr places a great emphasis on ball and player movement, and Thompson is benefitting from the new philosophy.

On Monday, the 24-year old shooting guard, who signed a four-year, $70 million contract extension last Friday, joined Tom Tolbert and CSNBayArea.com Senior Insider Ray Ratto on KNBR-680 AM.

Thompson deflected a lot of the praise for his hot start to teammates, specifically Andrew Bogut.

"We're just scratching the surface of what we can be," Thompson declared. "Coach Kerr has really put an emphasis on moving the ball. We're without one of our best passing big men right now in David Lee.
