Florida State sophomore receiver Jesus “Bobo” Wilson pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors — petit theft and criminal mischief — on Thursday morning, said his attorney, Tim Jansen.

Wilson had been suspended indefinitely after being charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, a third-degree felony, three weeks ago after allegedly stealing a scooter. Now that Wilson has been able to reach a plea deal, he is eligible to be reinstated by FSU coach Jimbo Fisher.
