Wins have been mighty difficult to come by for Edmonton Oilers goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin, who is now dragging around a record of 2-13-3 in a stretch of games dating back to Dec. 17.

His only wins have come against the Minnesota Wild (Dec. 22) and the Ottawa Senators (Feb. 11).

Adding a little salt to that sore spot is this: through the course of the season, Khabibulin has been in seven games that have gone into overtime or a shootout and he has just one win. That 4-3 victory over the Senators also doubles as one of his two wins in the last three months.

"It seems like every time we go to a shootout, I can't make any saves. I guess I'm open for suggestions," he said after Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Colorado Avalanche.
