Fresno State men's basketball coach Rodney Terry has received a contract extension -- three years through 2018-19 season.

Fresno State announced Monday afternoon that the deal has been signed.

The Bulldogs went 21-18 last season, after going 13-20 and 11-19 in Terry's first two seasons, and reached the championship series of the College Basketball Invitational, their first postseason tournament since playing in the NIT in 2006-07.

The team this spring also posted APR of 980, three years after it was 891.
