Free agent defensive back Charles Woodson, in an interview with a radio station in Atlanta, compared the experience he is currently having in the market with his experience in 2006, before the Green Bay Packers acquired him.

“Oddly enough, it’s a lot like it is right now," Woodson said about his '06 off-season as a free agent. "It was slow. I had nobody really calling. I had my agents calling a lot of people, and Green Bay was the only team that was calling us. So it was just that it was about the money, it was that was the only team that was calling. So I ended up going to Green Bay because there were no other suitors.”
