"The Raiders have hired Frank Pollack as their offensive-line coach, according to a source. The Texans' assistant replaces Bob Wylie, who did a nice job last season with a patchwork line that gave up 25 sacks (tied for fourth in the NFL).
Pollack spent the last five years as Houston's assistant offensive-line coach and worked with new Oakland offensive coordinator Greg Knapp last season.
Meanwhile, the Raiders were denied permission to interview Cowboys special- teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis for an assistant head-coaching position, according to ESPN."
