The lasting image Rutgers fans will have of Nigel Johnson was the Big Ten Tournament last month, when the fourth-year junior tallied consecutive 21-point efforts.

Now, the former Scarlet Knights guard will be hoping to reach the next level of the postseason.

Johnson will have a good chance to do just that, as he is headed to the University of Virginia as a grad-transfer.

Two weeks after announcing his transfer from Rutgers, Johnson announced the move to his home-state school on his Twitter and Instagram pages on Saturday afternoon after visiting the Charlotteville, Va., school this weekend.
