Former Ohio State head football Jim Tressel says he never plans to coach again even though he won more than 70 percent of his games during a four-decade coaching career.

Tressel currently is a candidate for university president at Youngstown State and the Akron.

Tressel, 61, resigned in 2011 after an NCAA investigation into rules violations at the school during the prior 2010 season. The school was forced to vacate victories from the 2010 season, including their Sugar Bowl victory over Arkansas in 2011.
