Pittsburgh Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams met with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte on Monday, and was ruled out for Sunday's Divisional round matchup against the Denver Broncos. Williams missed last week's crazy Wild Card game against the Cincinnati Bengals with the same injury.

Pittsburgh's starting back was sidelined in Week 17 against the Cleveland Browns with a foot/ankle injury and forced to sit out the first round of the postseason. In his absence, backups Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman saw more carries, allowing the passing game to go undisturbed. However, Williams' effort was missed. The veteran amassed 907 rushing yards on 200 carries for 11 touchdowns in the regular season.
