"It's safe to say former Titans coach Jeff Fisher knows Vince Young — the player and the person — as well as anyone, having mentored the former No. 3 overall pick during all five of his seasons in Tennessee.

While we don't know yet where Young will play next season — other than it won't be in Tennessee — Fisher told NFL Network he believes his former starter can be successful in the NFL.

"Vince has won a lot of games; he's led teams to the playoffs before," Fisher said. "I believe he can (win in the NFL). It's just a matter of him finding a place that suits him and be in the right place and work hard. But he certainly has that ability.""
