Yet this time as he walked through media headquarters, the credential around his neck said something different: Jeff Fisher, St. Louis Rams.
Three weeks after accepting the job, Fisher knows it might take time for some folks to get used to it, but the man who coached the Titans for 17 seasons said he's already comfortable with the change.
"It is normal now. The St. Louis Rams has a nice ring to it," Fisher said on Thursday. "I can't tell you how much I valued and treasured my experience in Tennessee, and I will keep a home there. It was a great experience. But I'm ready for the next challenge. I'm excited."
Decked out in a dark sports coat, a cup of coffee in one hand, sunglasses in the other, Fisher looked like a man ready to get back to work."
