"This time Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra did not parry the question. So perhaps change is coming.

After deflecting the subject of a lineup change several times amid his team's uneven starts to games this postseason, Spoelstra offered a more evenhanded response Sunday.

Asked about his team consistently playing from behind with a starting lineup that this postseason has featured point guard Mike Bibby and center Zydrunas Ilgauskas flanking LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, Spoelstra said, "I'm looking at everything right now and I'll continue to look at that for the next day."

He followed up by saying of the team's practice session at Emerson College, "We walked through quite a different amount of situations, different lineups."

In falling 97-81 Saturday to the Boston Celtics to reduce their lead in this best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series to 2-1 entering Monday's Game 4 at TD Garden, the Heat trailed 18-7 early and then went from a two-point halftime lead to a 10-point deficit early in the third quarter, when the starters again opened the period.

"It's a collective thing," Spoelstra said Sunday. "We're not going to point fingers at anybody. We've developed enough of a team concept right now. It's not about playing just your one-on-one matchup, even though you have to set that tone. But we haven't gotten off to good starts.""
