"The Stars acquired winger Eric Nystrom on Wednesday and he went through the morning practice on Thursday. Coach Glen Gulutzan said he expects Nystrom to be in the lineup Saturday against Columbus.

"I know him. When I was (coaching) in Las Vegas, we were in the Calgary organization and I saw him play at camp,'' Gulutzan said. "He's an energy guy, he can skate, he plays physical and has a little edge to his game. That's going to help. He has speed, and I think he can play the way we want to play, a pacey type of game.''"
