"After somewhat of a quiet opening week of training camp, wide receiver Eddie Royal stood out in team drills Thursday.

Royal was a frequent target for Kyle Orton as the Broncos' offense worked through red zone drills. Royal made a diving catch in the back right corner of the endzone, gathering the ball as he rolled over after a tackle by cornerback Nate Jones.

However, the play was waved off by officials. The NFL had officials in Broncos camp for the first time and they will be on hand today too. Royal later scored on another play, also from Orton, this time as he crossed into the middle of the field."
