"On Sunday, linebacker Akeem Jordan became the latest Eagle to get in trouble with the law this off-season.
Jordan was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery in Harrisonburg, Va., following an altercation outside of a local bar and grill.
Police spokeswoman Mary-Hope Vass said a verbal confrontation between Jordan and another man turned physical. No weapons were involved. Police were later notified of the incident and a warrant was issued for Jordan. The four-year veteran linebacker and native of Harrisonburg turned himself in to authorities."
