Dustin Penner has returned to Anaheim.

The Ducks announced on Tuesday the left winger has signed a one-year contract with his former team.

The 30-year-old Penner, who recorded 14 points with the Los Angeles Kings last season, originally signed in Anaheim as a free agent in 2004 and helped the Ducks to a Stanley Cup championship in 2007.

The six-foot-four, 240-pound forward racked up 52 points with a plus-1 rating and 72 penalty minutes in 101 games with the Ducks from 2005-07.
