Heat guard Norris Cole needed little time before offering a response.

All it took were a few seconds for him to answer the last time he missed a game because of injury. Without hesitation, Cole offered, "Never."

With a new year upon us, Cole was recognized by NBA.com as the player who played the most games during 2013. Cole's tally, which included postseason games, was 105.

"I like to be available to play every game," Cole said. "I take my health very seriously. I think I'm blessed. It's just a blessing that I have. I take care of my body well and that's why I'm very durable."

He is the only Heat player to appear in all 31 games this season. Last year he played in a team-high 80 games, with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh sitting for various reasons throughout the season.
