"Drew Stanton took the No. 1 reps at today's Detroit Lions practice, but the overall reps were split between Stanton and Shaun Hill. Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said he'll wait until the weekend before naming a starter.

Hill has missed three weeks with a broken right index finger but is the odds-on favorite to start. If he can't go, though, Stanton - despite the left shoulder he separated last week - will get the call."
